Dreams - Elgin

Our dreams assistant john at the Elgin branch was fantastic. And I when I wasn't sure on committing to a mattress worth over a £1000 he took us through the sale alternatives with no pressure techniques and made us both feel very comfortable.....flat out the best service I've ever had.

Salesman was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Spent as much time with us as required. Other staff were friendly and welcoming to the store. A range of products were offered and explained to us. The salesman recognised and understood our requirements immediately, noting I had a back problem. He was polite and friendly. The price was very competitive and the 0% finance option a boon. We were also offered a deal on a showroom product, with no attempt to hide the minor flaws. Overall, very pleased and would re-visit. Indeed, Dreams had been recommended to us by a previously satisfied customer, so you must be doing something right!

Sarah the lady that shown us around was Lovely and understood what we were looking for & was very helpful. Excellent customer Service, even had a cuppa & biscuit while making our decision. Bonnie the Bullmastiff & Rosie the Jackawawa love the thought of sleeping in a comfy new bed :)

The salesman James was excellent, really took his time in discussing our options and made us feel very at ease with our purchase. He did a great job keeping our daughter entertained, which was a great help when looking at the different beds without distraction.

I have bad back pain and James showed me all options that would help me. Tried so many beds and nothing was a problem. Very attentive salesman.

Really helpful staff made everything really easy and gave me the confidence in knowing I was buying the right product.

Extremely pleasant and helpful staff - coffee and biscuits available!! I did not feel under any pressure to make a purchase and was listened to carefully as to my requirements and given ample time to test products e.g. mattresses for comfort and price . payment plans explained clearly.

We got a very good deal, the assistant was very knowledgeable but not pushy into getting us to purchase.
