We knew what bed we wanted to buy but needed to choose the right mattress and were given good advice from someone who clearly knew what they were talking about. The sales assistant, Sarah, took the time to understand our needs and gave some good examples of use that helped us to decide which mattress was right for us.

We went in knowing we wanted a new bed, but we had no idea what type and we had no idea on how to choose a mattress to suit our needs. The gentleman called James who assisted us was very polite and helpful sharing his knowledge, allowing us to try out suitable mattresses etc, and allowing us to make the perfect choice to suit our needs.

The guy James how greeted me and help throughout my choice and purchase was extremely friends and up to speed with his knowledge.

I was met at the door and was able to explain exactly what I was looking for. I am slightly disabled and this was no problem for the staff. I was shown several alternatives and each one was carefully explained. While I decided which one to purchase I was given refreshments and the order was explained to me in full.

Assistance was readily available without being obtrusive. The options were explained frankly without a hint of coercion and no pressure was applied to the choices regarding recovery of redundant bed and assembly of the new item. an excellent salesman!

A highly proffesional and friendly service, combined with thorough knowledge of all the products, made my visit a pleasure, choosing my new bed was so simple with the applied experience of the staff. Well done.

My assistant Sarah was lovely, enthusiastic and very helpful. She knew what i was talking about and gave me lots of options but she wasn't pushy and i didn't feel pressured to buy anything unlike in other bed shops. We both had pug puppies so she could relate to my bed needs and it gave us something to chat about. Overall the experience was very pleasant and satisfying. Would definitely go back!
