Salesperson was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and a credit to the store.

Decided on the bed we liked only to find it had been discontinued. Both members of staff went out of there way to find out if we could have the display model. They were both chatty but unobtrusive when we were looking around.

I was greeted upon arrival in a warm and friendly way, as if my possible business was going to be of interest to the shop assistant. I felt that I was helped by knowledgable staff, even though I was not going to spend an enormous amount, as I was only interested in linen for one, modest, double bed. The reason for the lack of choice in the shop to-day was explained by both members of staff that I had help from, that they were just awaiting the arrival of new season stock. Handily for me that fact enabled me to purchase my requirements at healthy discount prices. After purchase all my goods were carried to my car for me by the gentleman attending to me. This was a delightful experience, sad to say somewhat out of the norm! I was really, highly delighted.

Met by the loveliest assistant his name was James he put as at ease it was pleasure dealing with him

The product was on display and we were urged to try for comfort. The sales person was most friendly and helpful in assisting us to select the correct product for our needs.

I was served very quickly, offered refreshment. The salesman was friendly and knew what he was speaking about and there was no pressure.

James the showroom man was very helpful I was after two beds one with a mattress and one without that needed storage as well as comfort. He was very understanding of my needs went through various options overall he made the experience effortless thanks so much looking forward too them arriving

the staff were so warm and friendly and very helpfull they answered all our questions about the products we were looking for and sat down with a cup of tea to discuss our needs.in a word just brilliant.

I was met by Sarah. She was friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable. She was not at all pushy, ( the thing I hate most when shopping ) Sarah helped me to decide on the best purchase for my needs. I had visited a competitors store that day, the choice and prices were similar. What made me decide to buy from Dreams was Sarah's attitude. I do not know the name of her male colleague, but he too was very helpful. They both took my purchases out to my little blue car and loaded them in for me. A little finishing touch. Sarah shook hands with me before we went our separate ways. It's the little things that matter! Well done both of you. I will be back.

Sarah, our salesperson, was extremely friendly, communicative and helpful. She was chatty, friendly and able to give a personal recommendation of the product we were purchasing (as she had also purchased this item); and was therefore able to reassure that it was durable and easy to assemble! She went out of her way to make us feel welcome, and was a Dream.
