Great experience quality products and friendly staff.

We wasn't hasseled in any way felt comfortable with the whole experience and with this being the 1st we had shopped in person for a mattress and delighted we did we are very happy with how quick our delivery date

Fantastic service from the sales assistant and manager in the Elgin branch.

The assistant politely asked if I needed help then explained all the options as I tried them out till we arrived at what I wanted even if I didn't know it when I went in. There was no high power sales push it was very informal and relaxing and I left feeling happy with my purchase

The store was clean, tidy and the staff were extremely friendly. We were highly satisfied with our visit to dreams today.

Very friendly and helpful staff who were not pushy but ensured we were given the opportunity to experience the vast array of beds available to determine the best fit for us. I am also delighted at the fact that if the mattress is not as comfortable as I expected I could return it.
