we would just like to say how very happy we were with the excellent service we received from John at your Elgin store. He was lovely & welcoming, full of lots of knowledge, about all the different types of beds that were on offer to us.He also came up with a great price, & on the whole made for a very enjoyable shopping experience. looking forward to our bed being delivered now. Elgin branch was lovely friendly & helpful, we would recommend this store to our friends.

James was exceptional at his job he knew what we wanted when we explained that we wanted a wooden bed and the one we ordered wasn't in store he took us to the TV and went online and showed us the bed we wanted and I couldn't thank him enough we had to come back though as half way through my wife collapsed and had to go to hospital but we got there in the end so thankyou James and dreams cannot wait to recieve my bed

Sarah asked what I needed, took me through the different options I could choose and took into account when I preferred one product over another to help me find the best bed for myself. Really helpful, really friendly, lovely to deal with.
