I was highly satisfied with my experience at dreams as the staff were all very helpful and friendly and would go the extra mile to offer assistance. The store was very clean and had a friendly welcoming atmosphere. I was offered a warm drink. Sarah the lady that assisted me on the day was very helpful and knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me.

I met John for the first time about a year ago when he sold me a bed and mattress I was very pleased and satisfied with the service I received. The advice I received was excellent to the extent that Dreams will be the first place I will look for a bed, I believe that good honest advice and assistance should be rewarded. I am not the most patient shopper when looking for beds or bedding but John did make the experience a pleasure Many thanks John will be back in about 6 months once we have finished the extra bedroom Peter

The Store Manager John who served us has an excellent product knowledge, he made us feel very welcome and comfortable in store, he gave us great advise and helped to find products to suit our needs. The best customer service we have had received for a long time.

Because whenever I walk in to shops like this I am on edge waiting to be hounded by salesmen, and dread having to explain my circumstances. But, all the salespeople I encountered couldn't have been lovelier! Genuine, friendly and patient. No one pushed me into anything, and they helped me find exactly what I needed. I made a couple of trips as I needed to make a decision on my finances first, after I left the first time there was no rolling of the eyes or obvious dismay to suggest id wasted their time, just a pleasant goodbye. I'm actually sad I've finished my purchase and won't get to go in for another chat! Oh and all the attention they all gave my baby boy was adorable. So thank you!

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Talked though everything bought in detail so we got what we needed without looking for ages at items not needed. Me and my partner both left with different pillows for our own comfort and a mattress protector for £5 after buying the mattress cover. Offered tea/coffee and biscuits and bought items taken from the shop was taken to our car for us by the staff. Never been looked after so much buying items and surprised at the level of attention to customers buying a mattress.

As soon as we walked in the store we was asked if we needed help, which we did! James spent a great deal of time wth us showing us all the options. He also left us alone to try out beds ourselves as well, which was good as you get the time to talk with your partner to decide what option was best for us. When we finally decide on our choice james sat down with us offered us coffee and biscuits while we gave him all our details which was nice as we didn't feel rushed for them to get the sale then get you out of the shop. Even walked us out to the car with my pillow i also decided to buy. Very friendly and i will definitely go back there to buy my mattress which is next on my list. Can't wait for my beautiful bed to arrive. Thank you very much to james and dreams!
