Dreams - Elgin

We visited with our 3 children and Sarah went out of her way to check the availability of sale beds/mattresses at the same time as trying to keep our 2 (hyper) sons happy. She provided them with colouring books and generally seemed happy to deal with us as a family. The transaction itself was very quickly and efficiently done especially with our children asking several questions during this time!

Sarah was very helpful from the moment I entered the store - and she wasn't pushy or forceful, which I really appreciated. She obviously knew her stuff, and was able to point me to the mattress that I was after, including recommending a new model to replace a (now discontinued) favourite mattress that I had previously had. She explained all the available extras to me, and was very accepting when I chose not to take one of the additional services. She also tried very hard to find me a bed frame that I was happy with - and understood that I had something very specific in mind. I've only ever had excellent service in Dreams, and would return again without question.

Sarah who served myself and my girlfriend was very informative and made sure we knew every specific detail of what we were perchasing so we got the package that we wanted at the price we could afford and happy with. We were shown and explained every single element of each product with a full explanation. Very happy and made at ease about buying something for the first time.
