The customer service was excellent and our salesman John was fantastic

staff were thoroughly knowledgeable and provided realistic answers rather than trying to force what we did not want on us (or total apathy which i have received at other stores). staff were also very friendly and welcoming, they provided us with several options and sound judgement to back it up. the only hiccup was arranging a delivery date due to a computer glitch but that was sorted out first thing the next day i shall wait until i have taken delivery of the items before commenting on them and the price

I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted but i requested more information. The staff member that came over was welcoming and more than eager to answer my every question. He went into detail but didn't take too long either. Once I decided I liked what I heard about my wanted product I asked if it could be ordered, it was fast and easy and I got a brilliant half price duvet too. I am very impressed with the staff and the products and will always rely on dreams for a perfect deal and the perfect comfort.

James was very friendly and helpful. Nice cuppa tea and biscuits.

The sales assisstnats were very helpful and knowledgeable about the different mattresses we looked at, taking time to explain the benefits of each type to us. They also saw to it that our twin 5 year old boys had colouring books and crayons, and some biscuits to keep them occupied while we had a look around the shop.

James, our sales person at Dreams store in Elgin, Scotland, was absolutely fantastic in all aspects of the service provided. The first point that stood out was in regards to my fiancée, who has severe difficulty walking, was with me upon our visit and he was most helpful and very fast in providing a seat for her to sit on while we made our decision on our purchase. He also provided a cup of tea/ coffee to compliment our visit. Although James was impeccable with the speed of support and assistance provided ,he was never once over powering with his sales approach (unlike many stores I have visited previously to Dreams , where the sales personell are very heavy in trying to make a sale ) , James was always on hand at a seconds notice to provide all information we required and let us take our time on making our own decision on whether to purchase or not, we never once felt intimidated or peer pressured to make a decision. Once our choice was made,the efficiency and ease of the sale was also a highlight with all information regarding the sale being clearly provided to ourselves. Very polite , friendly and attentive sales person with no over bearing sales pitches. 10/10.

The staff member that helped me, James, was extremely helpful and was understanding that it was our first major purchase as a couple and helped us with all the understanding of money and paying it off and was over all an amazing, helpful staff member. We got everything we wanted and at a good price. He was also willing to help with the types of mattress and we got to try out all the different types and he gave us all the stuff we needed to know about each one and it's uses and pro's and con's.

i was served by the store manager who couldnt have been more friendly if he tried

Salesman was very knowledgable at his job and certainly not pushy

The assistant took a lot of time to explain everything to us and let s try every bed in shop, entertained our 3 kids and was very helpful
