James the sales assistant was very pleasant and knowledgeable on all the mattress, he had as trying nearly every mattress in the shop. Very patient with us both. Tea and coffee offered.

Quick no hassle purchase

When we entered the store we were approached by Sarah who was lovely, very knowledgable, but not pushy. We were offered coffee and biscuits while Sarah did the paperwork. Everything was explained to us perfectly and to finish off, Sarah carried our purchases to our car. A very good experience and we would definitely go back.

The professionalism of the staff member dealing with my requirements was superb. He fully understood my needs and wants and although the particular item i required was not available to demonstrate he was able to advise utilising a similar product and explained the difference between them. He was able to deal with my order quickly and efficiently allowing for a pleasant shopping experience.

I called in a day before to enquire and when i arrived John was expecting me . He knew the products that i had wanted and also showed the colour options for me to chose. I had already made up my mind on the colour range but because of the 2nd option i was more delighted in choosing it. I ended buying an extra 2 piece of furniture which is a bonus for both John and I. He offered me a drink and also showed me a couple of bedding set that were available which i have delightfully bought. He seems to be well versed with the product and have easily persuaded me to buy more then what i had originally intended. Not bad for sales . I will definitely be visiting the store again and have recommended it to couple of friends.
