The assistant James was very friendly and knowledgeable

We delt with a guy called James. James was very friendly from the outset. He informed us of all the products we were looking for. At no time did we feel under pressure. His knowledge of the prducts in the store was very extensive. He explaind about all the different types of mattresses available and after that we were left at our lesuire to try them all without any pressure while James went and made us a coffee which we had with chocolate biscuits. During our time in the store we found not only James but his colleague John very friendly and down to earth. If I am looking for any more of these types of products I would have no hesitaion in revisiting the Elgin store and would highly recommend them to frinds and family.

John was extremely helpful, taking a significant amount of time to understand my requirements and to make sensible recommendations that were within my price budget. He also discussed extras that were available and which products would be best suited to my needs. Extremely good situational awareness and customer service resulting in me getting the best products at great value for money and I have already recommended to 2 friends.

Cordial approach. Knowledgable staff. All questions handled effectively. Very patient (we took thre visits in all to finally decide to purchase but were never made to feel anything but valued.

Arrived at Dreams, Elgin, I was greeted by one of the assistants and explaned that I was looking for a new super kingsize mattress, James took me through the range of beds which were all colour coordinated which made the whole experience so easy!! The range you had on offer was just fantastic, my mum and dad had recommended Dreams to me way back in the winter and this was me just getting round to buying one. I have to say, I couldn't fault the service, the layout of the store and most of all the warm welcome from the staff at Dreams, Elgin, Scotland. James and his team offered first class customer care and I have already recommended the store to friends and family.

The customer adviser Sarah is a really lovely person, she was very knowledgeable about the products and understood our needs. She also spoke to us on a more personal level which myself and husband appreciated.

All friendly and very helpful on what kind of bed where looking at. Giving us loads of choices for the price range we wanting.

The member of staff that I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful. He seemed fully versed on all the details of all the mattress we looked at, he was very friendly and there was a good bit of banter between us. He offered plenty of extras to go with my purchase, ie pillows and mattress protector but wasn't overly pushy about me buying them. He even carried my purchases out to the car for me. The store was well laid out and lovely and clean.

Sarah was lovely , understanding every little bit of our needs. She was amazing help with our 2 year old girl while we looked at the beds .

My wife and I went to dreams to buy a mattress and we're delighted with the service provided by Sarah Hunt. She was very informative, explained everything superbly and at no time put any pressure on us to purchase anything, she was lovely and knowledgable and even carried our goods out to our car. I have never experienced such good customer care and she was an excellent example of a good sales person. The store was spotless and even had an area for the kids. Very very impressed!.
