Staff member was very helpful. Even though the bed that we wanted was not on display we were able to see it on the large screen computer. We were offered tea and once we had finished our transaction we were offered to stay and finish our tea. It was very friendly and nice not to be rushed.

James who dealt with us took the time to listen and help with all questions asked.

John the Manager and Luke the assistant were only too happy to assist us and advise us of variour products and were very encouraging in us testing the items

We spoke with James- he was very friendly, helpful and had lots of knowledge on all of the different types of mattresses which made choosing one very easy for us. We were made very welcome to the store and told to take our time trying out all the mattresses. We will definitly visit again if we need another new mattress/bed in the future.

We were spoken to well,not like idiots.every single factor of choosing the comfort we need was explained.our salesman was extremely helpful and well mannered.1 highly satisfied couple :-D

Nothing was too much trouble

We bought this product because we were advised on how the product was devised through space research, so that it made for a better night's sleep. It certainly felt as if were being enveloped into a cocoon when we tried it out, in store.

The Sales staff were friendly and informative without using pressure to make a sale. Luke engaged with my son ( who we were buying a bed for) and answered all my questions. Another staff member made me a cup of tea. Which was very much appreciated and just to my liking. Well done Elgin Dreams!
