Dreams - Elgin

We had been in to Bensons for Beds next door, but the product we were looking for, and the standard of service provided by James and his colleagues, was far better in the Dreams store.

Was treated very well in store and the assistant was very knowledgable about the products. Had a very good experience.

John the sales person identified what I required right away. After going somewhere else to check the prices I returned next dat to confirm and pay. I have not yet received the items so I cannot comment on quality etc.

The assistant Sarah was extremely pleasant, helpful and had in depth knowledge of the products. She was very patient and explained all about the different beds and listened to what my needs were. I would ask for her the next time I go back to visit the store.

We didn't know what we could afford, we were a little overwhelmed with choice at first, though the assistant helped us narrow it down and we are confident we have found the bed and mattress for us.

James was wonderfully knowledgable and patient. We were made to feel welcome given time and even helped out to the car with shopping. We left very happy and would definitely shop here in the future

It's a very nice shop, James that served me is very understanding, polite, and knows his job very well, he made me very welcome in the shop and that's why I purchased a bed frame from dreams, the shop was about to close but he was still happy to deal with me and answer all my questions, I would buy from dreMs again

Store salesman James, was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable on all products. Showed us different ranges and storage options. He left us to decide which was appreciated but came back to us when we needed assistance. My husband and I don't like salesmen breathing down on us when trying out mattresses. Store was well laid out,clean and literature easy to understand. Our experience was very positive, we went into the store to look but ended up purchasing a bed & mattress. James's manner and professionalism helped immensely when purchasing a new bed.
