Maggie the lady who seved us took the time to find out why and what we needed a new matress for. Made excellent choices and took us around them all and explained abiut different types of matresses and gave us options on all price ranges and the benefits

I was approached as soon as I went in to the shop for assistance. He asked what I was looking for and how much I would like to spend and then showed me the choices. The bed was for my daughter so he spoke to her for her needs. Both staff members were friendly, helpful and approachable.

The assistant was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her to find what I required

We went in looking for a mattress, Alan helped us to find the right one for us by using the machine in store and taking us round to try out various beds. He was very helpful at knowing which beds would be good for my back pain.
