Dreams - Elgin

I was highly satisfied with dreams due to the costumer service I received and the price and quality of the bed and mattress, very happy customer. Would like to thank James from Elgin dreams store. He was excellent, couldn't have had better customer service.

Was easy to pick bunk beds as he help me choose and to my needs

The man that served us (strong accent, dark hair... Sorry I can't be more specific!) was great, chatting to my mum and I with ease whilst sorting out our order and he was very helpful in recommending other products to us, so much so we left with more than we went in for! Great service.

We were served by Luke who was very knowledgeable about the products we were interested in and the offers we received that saved us money,and I'm all about saving money.

The sales person was very helpful and knowledgable about his products. He was polite and asked appropriate questions without being obtrusive or 'pushy'.

The salesman Luke couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, and was delighted that I could get my bed delivered within 4 days of ordering it. Dreams will be the first place I go to next time I need any bedroom furniture.

The staff at the Elgin store were very friendly and attentive. We were given lots of assistance and advice whilst making our decision. They couldn't have done more. Probably the best shopping experience we've had in a long time.

The saleperson was extremly helpful. I had looked on the Dreams website and I knew what bed frame I wanted. I told the salesperson what the frame ws and he looked it up on his compiter and showned me the pictre to double check that t was the correct frame. He then orered the frame, informing me hat was hapening at each stage. He also told me about the 10 year guarantee and what it involves, persuading me to buy it with the frame. He then helpfully showed me where to sign on the purchase form, told me an estmate of hen the frame would be delivered and told me about this, Pillow Talk. He then asked if there was anyhing else that i was looking to purchase or needed help with. When it was time for me to leave he walked with me to the door, double checking that there was nothing else that I needed help with. Overall I had a highly satisfying experience.

The two young men who delivered the bed were polite, friendly and very efficient. I liked that they put on dirt protectors over their boots before coming into the house.
