It is one of your smaller branches so the variety of products available to try was a bit limited compared to what is shown on the website. Nothing you can do about that except moving to a bigger store. Having said that we found the perfect mattress.

If like your pillow talk feedback flyer 'we could complete it from the new bed' you'd be waiting over a month, I'd have forgotten the shop experience. I can't understand when the window display quotes fast delivery, I don't think over a month qualifies! Prices were higher than expected, and nothing was known about 'Black Friday' reduced pricing! Every store is promoting Black Friday, but not Dreams!

I did not have a bad experience with the store or the staff, I went out with a budget in mind and ended up spending £1000 pound more than I intended. I did not know beds are so exspensive. There was not many choices on display.

It was explained there was a 20% reduction if a bed frame and mattress were ordered at the same time. However the reduction only applied to the bed frame and not the total cost. The inshore signage made this clear, but we were listening to the salesperson not reading every sign.

I didn't like not being asked my price point first as I felt like I was wasting the assistants time trying mattresses I couldn't afford.

Satisfied is good in my way of thinking . My thinking was if it was a big sale which it problem was on selected items but not all
