There should be employee that know about acid reflux. As I have that problem I needed help with what mattress was best for me but the employee knew nothing about it not only that she was the only employee in the shop at the time.

I had seen a bed online before I entered the store that fitted my requirements but the sales assistant did not show us this bed until I asked her about it. When i asked later why she had not shown us that bed she said she was going to. However, that is simply not true and she had had plenty time to do so if she was going to. I read a review online that this had happened to someone else and they felt this was what they were taught to do ie not show a cheaper version of something that fitted the requirements. So I presume this is company policy which is the only thing in our visit that I felt let Dreams down.

Delivery takes soo long, i have chosen and paid for my new mattress however now have to wait almost 3 weeks for delivery

Everything was superb and your members of staff - especially Sarah - were excellent. The only reason that I am not giving top marks was because of the price, which the staff do not have control over.

The staff interactions were highly efficient. Sarah was very knowledgeable and presented the products with confidence and gave us a sense of confidence in her and your company. It was clear that Sarah understood our budget limitations and offered us a range of products that suited our needs. my reservations were not with the staff but my perceptions of the company from recent news reports.
