I was real happy with the service just a pity the first item we picked wasn’t available until September So we changed to another very quickly and delivery within a week

The assistant took the time to set up the machine for me then took me round all the suggested mattress without hurrying me. She then left us to try them again and let us discuss which one suited best. She didn't hurry us and she wasn't pushy.

I was very satisfied with the help and advice I received from both Rachel and Maggie at the Elgin store. Finding a new bed is an important decision and I was giving plenty of time to think things through and giving advice as required.

We went in and were supported through the process of choosing a mattress for my partner who has issues with sleeping
