Maggie at the Elgin store was very patient and listened to our ideas and what we wanted without rushing us to pick something. She made sure we tried out as many beds and mattresses as we liked and told us our options and what she thought would be best :)

The customer support was great. Explained the different beds on offer and listed to what we wanted. The colour of the bed we wanted was not in and on show (you can't have every bed and colour I understand) that was my only problem. Small I know, but you can't have it all.
