Informative and friendly staff

The member of staff helping me took the time to listen to what i was looking for. He had a vast knowledge of thee different types of mattresses and was patient as i took my time to decide. He also offered refreshments and was generally very kind/helpful.

Alan was efficient

I am very satisfied as we visited the shop prior to buying our house so we could choose the bed we wanted. We didn't feel pressured to buy. When we returned after buying our house to purchase the bed, the staff member remembered us and was very helpful again. The service was great and the people working there were friendly and knowledgeable.
