The woman in the shop (Elgin store) couldn't of been more helpful and friendly. Everything about my purchase was fully explained, different options made available and the purchase guarantees made clear. I was offered a bottle of water and a seat while my order was being placed and social distancing was adhered to at times. All round excellent experience.

Magpies proved very helpful ,drawing on her knowledge of previous mattresses, to guide me to making the correct choice for a replacement. We were given as much time as we needed to try out several options and at no point did we feel rushed.

Staff were very friendly and the gentleman (Alan) that served us was knowledgeable and listened to the needs of my son. We were looking for a mattress. We were offered bottled water during our visit and there was hand sanitiser available on entry to the store.

My partner and I received a friendly welcome when we entered the showroom. There were plenty of hand sanitisers when we came in the door also, and we were offered a bottle of water. The staff were very friendly, and went out of their way to help in any way they could. They were very helpful and helped us choose what we were looking for.
