I though the test at the beginning was really helpful in giving us an idea of what type of mattress we were looking for

Everything ran smoothly with the staff member having good knowledge and customer service.

Friendly service and pleasant manner of staff member. Good advice & knowledge of products. We were unsure of what we really wanted except for knowing we needed a new bed. We explained our requirements with the staff member who then took us through the process of buying something suitable for our needs.

From the minute we entered the shop we were greeted by friendly staff and given all the information needed to make our purchase. We had the test on the bed to find out what mattress type we needed and Alan the assistant gave us all the information and answered our questions fully.

From stepping into the Dreams Elgin we were looked after very well. Staff were attentive in every way. Shop was very tidy & clean with hand sanitisers throughout the store being assured the pillows we used had been sanitised etc. Well done Dreams Elgin staff for making our visit feel safe & for looking after us helping us choose our new bed x

The Elgin store in Moray, Scotland. Sales assistant was lovely and very helpful. We got to use the mattress machine that told us what type of mattress would suit our bodies. Only issue was the mattress we loved and purchased was over £1000! We budgeted for no more than £750-£800. Also, delivery was 2 weeks.
