The brilliant customer service in using the sleep simulator and showing us the relevant beds from results. Then giving us time to try them out. And accepting our budget was lower then showing us other beds in budget but we found a bed within our budget that suited us better. Quick lead time for delivery and clear instructions. We will be back to use them.

The mattress selector was a positive experience and seemed to be very thorough in its assessment which led to the sales person being able to offer us several mattresses, which we narrowed down to 2.

Staff was very friendly and we got to use the sleepmatch to get an exact idea for the mattress we need. I’d not have a clue otherwise
