From entering the Dreams store I was highly satisfied with the service Maggie gave us, she listened to our needs and asked us some questions, I was buying new mattresses for my daughters bed and our spare room, Maggie was very attentive and asked what our budget was, I felt under no pressure from Maggie to buy anything at any point which is a rarity now a days!!

Member of staff was knowledgeable about products. Very polite and attentive.

Alan from the Elgin store was my sales assistant. I found him to be extremely pleasant, polite and very helpful. He made sure my choices were able to suit my needs, talked me through everything, and explained everything to me in an easy and understandable manner. (I am 69 years of age), was very patient with me. The other assistant in the shop was also very friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this store, and these lovely assistants to anyone.
