Lovely friendly staff who were so helpful.

Allan was engaging attentive and knowledgeable, even with two small children running riot. He helped me immediately and made the purchase a very easy experience. He was such a pleasure to deal with I actually went home and phoned a friend to direct them to him for some bunk beds.

The sales assistant took time to understand our different need, made us feel very welcome, and explained/answered any questions we had about the products.

Both staff in the store were fantastic. Excellent people and communication skills. Very knowledgeable of products. Very helpful. The store has a very relaxing feel and the staff got on fantastic together. Real team playing and you should be proud that your store is in the capable hands of two outstanding experienced members of staff. I can’t wait for my new sofa bed and chair to arrive. It was so comfy and we got a fab demonstration on how to use it. Customer service was very much appreciated as staff went above and beyond to help. It as a very successful visit to the Elgin Store.

Andrew was very helpful in guiding us through the selection process, whilst not pushing any one particular product. He allowed us to take as much time as we needed in choosing the correct product.

The staff where friendly and helpful, helped us with our selection and explained things very well, the training person also got involved and helped giving additional input. I thank the staff as they maid the process quick and informative to aid our selection.

The sales person was very knowledgable and had taken the time to explain each mattress he recommended for us.

The sale person approached me and with a smile on his face which was nice to see (he had a face mask on but his eyes were smiling 🙂), he listened to me carefully as I was telling what I need. He ask me questions needed so he can help me get what I need. He offered me coffee or tea at the final part of sale, nice touch!
