We were very satisfied with the explanation of the mattresses and the difference between them. The mattress we settled on was a perfect mattress that we wouldn't have even looked at. We found the sales man was very knowledgable and explained everything very well. He was pushy and gave us plenty of time for discussion by ourself.

Allan was great, not pushy at all and let us take our time. New member of staff but obviously well trained as he knew his stuff.
