Sales rep in Elgin was superb but first choice bed was not available and 2nd choice the colour was not available this was only found out in ordering process which extended the process

The sales person was very patient and although he had only been with Dream 8 weeks he clearly knew his stuff (Alan - Elgin). He was pushy with trying to sell other things to go with the bed but did explain very well the benefits for purchasing them but left the decision entirely up to me. The sleep system was very good and gave me a great idea on the comfort rating I should choose which influenced my decision. Thanks very much.
