I was highly satisfied with the service I received from Laurie today. He was very professional, polite and friendly. I loved his honesty when he talked about the different bed frames it was very refreshing to hear. Laurie really took the time to understand what my needs were and he done his very best to ease any concerns I had. He was very knowledgeable about the products he showed me and really took the time to explain everything to me. Once I had decided on a bed frame he thought it would be better for me to go on the dreams body mapping machine so that we would have a better idea as to what mattresses would be best. He explained the whole process clearly throughout and not once did I feel rushed or pressured into anything. Lauries customer service skills are second to none and the Aberdeen store are very lucky to have him on their team, however I’m extremely grateful that he was working in the Elgin store the day I came in.

Efficient friendly sales people in the store. Our salesman was friendly and on the ball.
