I was highly satisfied and impressed with the service I received from Laurie. He was efficient, polite and friendly. I visited to see what was available in the first instance and returned a week later and he recognised me immediately. I was very impressed by this. He showed great knowledge of each product we looked at and even took time to advise us on what type of mattress using your bed for testing. I bought the sofa bed we liked but unfortunately I will have to save a bit for the tempur mattress I have my eye on. In all a very pleasant experience with no hard pressure sales techniques just friendly advice and efficiency. Top marks for Lawrie. He was telling me he was moving to another store. What a loss for Elgin !!
