Yes I was highly satisfied with the service I recieved in your Elgin shop. I could not have had better service .

Buying a mattress from Dreams in Elgin was a seamless process, absolutely no issue at all and my needs were very well met with everything being throughly explained to me and my different options available to me from the very beginning. I will be the first to admit that I was not likely Alan and his managers easiest customer of the day as I was very particular with what I wanted but they did not make a difference and still provided an excellent service. I would definitely buy again from the Elgin branch in future as both staff members who I dealt with went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable about my purchase. Although we declined, tea and coffee was offered to myself and my girlfriend which was a nice and unexpected touch. Thank you to both members of staff I dealt with in Elgin.

The staff member Alan was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and instead of just trying to get me to buy the most expensive products helped me find the bed and mattress that would suit me.

Quick and easy. No hard sell. Shown all options and given time to make our selaction. Staff eager to answer questions and give advice when asked.

Rob the store assistant was courteous and friendly. He didn’t pressure me at all and left me to browse at my leisure and helped when necessary

Very friendly staff, had my 2 year old daughter with me and they were great with her (gave her a book to keep her busy while we tried the beds). Very clear information and quick, easy sale.

The interaction with the 2 staff. A great blend of useful information while at the same time giving us private space to make decisions. We never felt rushed and it was a good personal service. We spent an hour at the store and it flew past. We had a go on the "find your best mattress machine" to start, then led through the results options with explanations. Staff could not have been more helpful or professional.

I found the assistance of Alan, at the Elgin store, to be knowledgeable on the product we bought. He was able to show us how the sofa bed worked. He listened to what we required and was able to list the pros and cons for the various items we looked at, so we were then able to make our choice easier than we thought possible. We were treated courteously, offered a beverage if we wanted one, whilst making our choice. The store was spotlessly clean and tidy, immaculate even. So I would definitely rate this Store in Elgin as one I would recommend and use again.
