Louise was fantastic. After a warm welcome she suggested the sleepmatch. Then showed me to all the mattresses the machine had selected for me. She explain the benefits of each type of mattress and what the differences were. Rather than being made to feel pressured into buying anything, Louise made the whole experience comfortable. Her knowledge on the beds was excellent. Service with a smile and a lovely personality to match! The customer service was fabulous.

Andrew was really lovely. Offered us a coffee and took his time with us so we didn't feel pushed into making a purchase. Also very knowledgeable

Rebecca was an amazing lady. She was so bubbly and friendly. She welcomed us, then asked if she could help. Gave us lots of info then gave us our own time to make up our minds. she even offered us a cup of refreshment. When we had made our decision she talked us through everything very thoroughly. Then she went over the details on the conformation copy, and then when we were happy with everything she gave us our delivery date. At no time did she make us feel pressured or unwelcome. She is a real asset to your company.

First time buying a bed and I really didn’t know what to look for or what to get but Becki and the store in Elgin was amazing! So helpful and walked me though everything!

The friendly staff who knew what they are talking about and not trying to sell you something that you don't need just so they can meet sales targets. It was a pleasant and easy experience and everything was explained clearly.
