I was completely surprised at the promptness and kindness show to my mother (82 years of age) whom was looking for a certain dreams mattress Lily pocket spring memory foam. Your professional colleague (sales assistant) Becki (Elgin branch) was so kind in explaining to my mother that they have now named the mattress Annison and guided my mother to the said mattress. I have to say the kindness show was outstanding as mother was overjoyed to see the mattress was better that the lily and was even more comfortable. Becki then dealt with the order promptly and very professionally much to mothers joy . I certainly will and have recommended your company to family and friend as has mother in fact she has not stopped telling all. Thank you so kindly Avril

Talked us through the various queries and questions we had about beds and mattresses. Was very knowledgeable and listened to our needs to find the perfect mattress and bed to suit. Gave us all the time we needed to try out the various different mattresses and time to make our decision, never pushy like salespeople can be sometimes to to bag a sale. Delighted with our purchase and would highly recommend everyone to visit Dreams if looking for anything bed related.
