Enjoyed the bed simulator that scanned your body advising the type of mattress that would be suitable for my partner and I. The product knowledge of Louise our store representative, the tea and coffee in actual mugs!, the fact the old mattress is taken away and that we were allowed to make our choice on the bed we purchased as opposed to a hard sell towards a mattress that wouldn’t have served our purpose. We came away with a mattress we were both happy with helped with advice from Louise. As this was an expensive purchase, we didn’t want to get back home with any doubts, thus cancelling the purchase. Very happy with the service indeed!!!!

Friendly, helpful and informative staff on hand to help guide me through the most suitable mattress type for me and the various ranges available. I was given ample time to try out any of the mattresses in store on my own, the staff affording me privacy while still being readily available to answer any questions.

Lovely store... well laid out... clear signs and easy to understand the deals on offer. Profile beds, on display ... the company next door didn’t have any. Product we received is spot on for us... you may already have one, possibly two new customers- I told them about our new profile bed with a tampur mattress. Staff excellent... friendly but not too ‘ salesman like.’ I liked their outfits - comfy lounge wear/ pyjamas.

Louise was extremely helpful, explained everything clearly. We have already recommended Dreams in Elgin to friends. The team sounded like they worked well together.
