Very friendly easy going staff easy to deal with and great knowledge of products

The assistant was very helpful could not do enough to help with the product I was after excellent service

Becki was very friendly and helpful. Managed to sort us with what needed quickly as I am not a very patient shopper. Overall very happy with customer service.

Louise welcomed me very warmly, We had a little chat about the wether then she asked if she could help me in anyway and also if there was anything specific i was looking for. I explained i was on a tight budget and needed a divan and headbored. She showed me to the headboreds and asked if I would like a cuppa, tea was lovely especially on such a horrible evening. Lousie explained the difference between headend and headboreds. And i was very lucky to get a head end on sale. She also arranged for me to have my old broken divan taken away which is brilliant as I don't drive. Louise oferd a very friendly and personal service.

When we came to look at beds the assistant Charlotte was very friendly and helpful, she offered us tea or coffee, her knowledge of bed was excellent.
