Yesterday evening we bought a new bed for the first time ever. Upon entering your Elgin store we were immediately welcomed by a member of staff, Charlotte. She was extremely helpful and had a very welcoming personality. We were asked to try out the sleep machine that worked out what bed best suited us and offered a refreshment. Charlotte explained how the machine worked and then afterwards talked us through and showed us each of our bed options, she explained in great detail about the benefits of each bed and gave us personalised Tempur pillows to take with us onto each bed, explaining the importance of a good pillow. She helped us find the perfect mattress for us and then helped us find the bed we wanted. She talked us through the 8 year mattress warranty and picking out the best mattress cover for us too. Her knowledge and enthusiasm was faultless, she really was incredible and she made our whole Dreams experience that much better. We will be back again soon to buy the Tempur pillows she let us try out. We were amazed that Charlotte has only been with Dreams for 10 weeks, she really is an asset for your company.

Our sales person Charlotte had a very good knowledge about the mattresses we were there to buy. She was very good at speaking to youngest son and making him feel welcome at dreams. Our experience was exceptional and I would recommend it to my friends and family.

We were met by Becki on entering the store (Elgin). She was friendly and polite and asked how she could help. We were looking at sofa beds and although there were only two on display in the store, one of them suited our needs. We weren't sure of the dimensions at home so Becki gave us the contact details for the store should we decide to purchase it after checking measurements at home. We found that in a few stores the staff were pushy and forceful and I don't play well with people like that however Becki was neither which was very refreshing. She gave us the time to discuss our options and was just as polite when we called later to place the order. She is a credit to your Elgin store. I hope the after sales service is as good as I have found in some case this is what lets the side down! Thank you

As I was looking for mattresses, Louise suggested I try the mattress tester. It was very useful and she was then able to show me different mattresses within my price range that matched the results. She was very approachable and friendly. Sale prices were fantastic which allowed me to purchase a great mattress with my small budget! Payment was quick and I was able to book a delivery slot within one week which was great.

Friendly service, new her stuff and got us sorted with what we were looking for quickly. Also offers us a cuppa which is a nice little extra
