I was assisted to try various mattresses which would be suitable for me and was treated with patience and friendliness. I am hoping that I made the correct choice and look forward to having the new bed which is being delivered on the 19th December just in time for Christmas.

This was the second time we went to the Elgin Shop and Charlotte serves us both times. The first time we spent time trying out the beds and didn’t feel pressured to buy on that day which we thought was good service. We then went back again to buy the bed and Charlotte was a great help. There were a few things she needed to check as she mentioned she was new. Because I had done my research online before I went to the store the second time I knew what was the cost and she made sure she sorted all options so was same price - this did take a little more time but did not bother as as she was upfront and honest and provided great customer service! Thanks Charlotte, we are now looking forward to the bed being delivered and hoping it will be an easy delivery!

Both Charlotte and the store manager Calum could not have been more helpful and their knowledge of the products was out standing . There sales techniques were also not in the least bit pushy or overbearing as this was the 3 store we had visiting that day and about the 50th bed we had laid on. Excellent service for walking in the front door to leaving and offered a very welcome cup of coffee on a cold day.

When we entered Charlotte was the only sales person in the store and was talking to a customer, we walked round the store. Charlotte came over to us after she had finished with the other customer , Charlotte was very professional and helpful/ no pressure put on us but she gave us good advice and informed us if she was not able to answer anything she would telephone and find out. I found her very honest as she informed us that she had only been working in this store for 6 wks

We visited Elgin dreams branch to order 2 single bed frames and mattresses. On arriving we entered the shop, the sales assistant Charlotte was talking to a customer, we looked around for a couple of minutes Charlotte came over and introduced herself offered us coffee,tea etc and asked if she could help us. After explaining what we required Charlotte asked how often the beds were going to be used etc and then advised us on the type of mattresses that were suitable and their prices, Charlotte was very honest with us and explained that she had only been in the shop for 6 weeks but if she could not answer any of our questions she would telephone and find out. We both thought Charlotte was very helpful but not at all pushy. Charlotte encouraged us to try out the mattresses for ourselves.

Went into the store was greeted instantly and the assistant stayed with us to find the right mattress for us until we found one we liked then offered us pillows and explained the different thicknesses etc

Charlotte was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and took the time to understand our requirements which were quite specific and complicated.
