Very easy to deal with the sales staff member, helpful and knowledgeable

I dealt directly with the store manager. He was very knowledgeable about the products available in store. He made recommendations about the different items that we needed. He was very friendly and I felt under no pressure whatsoever to make a purchase. Due to his knowledge, experience and friendly manner, I purchased a mattress and 2 pillows, although I was only looking to buy a mattress.

I knew what I wanted and that saved time. John was able to understand my requirements and dealt with quickly and very efficiently. From start to finish was 30 mins for a new mattress.

Beki the sales woman told me everything I needed to know and more that I wouldn't have even thought to ask. About the bed frames and the mattress.

Louise served us and she was extremely helpful, it was a Lovely experience as I dread shopping but she was lovely, 100% satisfied with everything.

Assistance given was great - she really listened to what I wanted and helped me find it, making the decision making easy

The assistance we received from Becki was excellent, we were not sure what we wanted to buy but was given a very informative description of the products available, also used mattress simulator which really made our choice easy. Superior service, will recommend Dreams to anyone who requires a new bed.
