John was very helpful and helped us choose the bed and mattress most suited to our little girl. He was very knowledgeable and really made the whole process easy and enjoyable. We are due a new bed for ourselfs and already planning our next Dreams purchase :) what sold us on this bed was Johns knowledge and demonstrated how sturdy the bed and drawers actually are... impressive stuff. Manager John assisted myself and my husband when we were in store buying our bed, he was very helpful and answered all of our questions letting us know of all services available. He helped us find a bed frame in the colour we wanted which wasn't on display showing he has a great knowledge of the products. We will definitely be returning for any more bed needs

The female assistant and her male colleague were extremely knowledgeable about my wife's medical needs and were able to recommend suitable products to address these issues.

Louise the store assistant was very helpful and understanding. We were just in for a look knowing we would need to get a new mattress in the near future. With Louise's knowledge of your products and the payment plans and the way she explained everything we went ahead and bought our new mattress. We were delighted with her assistance.
