Dreams - Elgin

I am 78 and have never bought a bed before. The help and guidance given by the assistant in the Elgin store(Becki) was indispensable. Guiding me through the bewildering selection of beds & mattresses on display & recommending those that met my requirements. A most proficient and competent saleswoman. Many thanks.

My assistant was called Louise and she was very helpful and friendly . Even offered tea and coffee. Quick service and answered the questions I asked confidently and correctly.

I was highly satisfied with the experience at Dreams because the colleague Becki was very helpful in finding us the bed we had been looking at online and telling us about how it was a very popular one and recommended us an amazing new mattress to go along with it for my son. She was so helpful in offering us the bed cover as-well which I didn’t realise was ever an option so we have taken that out also. Overall happy with how the visit went just a bit sad the delivery’s taken so long but if it’s in high demand there’s nothing you can do.

Our visit to your Elgin store, was an enjoyable experience Louise was very informative and knowledgable about the products in store. Louise was very profesional when we could not complete our sale due to a computer problem. Louise contacted us later on in the day to complete the sale.

The biggest asset in the Elgin store is John, your collegue in charge. Informed, intelligent and interested. Promote him, wasted in sales.

The person that helped us in the elgin store on Wednesday, sadly I did not get his name but he was just fantastic. We have been looking for months for a new bed and it’s been a nightmare. We just randomly decided to visit the shop and he just made it so easy and effortless for us. Very easy to speak to and he knew exactly what he was talking about and was very happy to spend the time with us. We honestly can’t thank him enough! Within less than an hour we had a new bed on order and some bits to go along with it :) thank you!!

Both the instore representatives we spoke to were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable of the product we was looking for but were not too pushy to be annoying. Excellent service and knew when to leave us to browse.
