Dreams - Elgin

Looked at various beds in 4 well known stores but found my ‘dream’ bed at Dreams. Excellent customer service, offered tea while we looked around. Took photos of various beds then looked at them in situ at home. Decided on perfect bed and drove back to place order. Fantastic service and will definitely recommend to family members and friends.

Friendly and informative staff. I explained what I needed and that I didn’t have a big budget. Helped me choose a High quality, affordable option. Only one problem...air con wasn’t working properly, so was a bit hot!! Didn’t detract from the excellent customer service I received from John. Thank you 🙏🏽

Louise was fantastic. She knew lots about all the different products and took the time to talk to us about all the options available. My partner can be really fussy and she was really patient with him and even laughed at his awful jokes!! We left feeling like we’d got the best mattress for ourselves and would recommend anyone we knew was in the market for a mattress to head to Dreams Elgin!

Beckie in Elgin’s store was so helpful. She bed tested us gave us a thorough understanding of what our best options were. Mattresses are perfect and value for money. It was quick and uncomplicated process and quite a lot of fun actually.

Louise at the Elgin store was very helpful and explained every stage of the buying process. She also gave us information about looking after a memory foam mattress that we weren't told when we bought our previous bed.

We walked in the shop (our third visit) and were greeted practically at the door! We explained our needs - a 4' mattress, med-firm, pocket sprung, not tufted for my wife who is ill and straight away needs were met. Not in an "over the top" way, but genuine concern. My wife cried when she got on the bed she was overwhelmed with the comfort. We ended up with the Grayson - a fabulous bed which will be delivered very soon, and she is so excited. We also came away with pillows and a mattress cover. We ended up having a coffee whilst paperwork was being dealt with, and the staff were so friendly. We would definitely go back there again whenever we required bedding of any sort. Thank you Dreams in Elgin.

Very welcoming assistant the moment we walked into store (served by Rebecca). She asked if we required any assistance, offered us refreshments and arranged colouring for my 2 children. There was no hard sell or pressure. Once we approached her for some further info she showed us around and then introduced us to the bed that confirms the required mattress. Whilst my wife and I were laid on the bed, Rebecca then took the children to the other end of the store and gave them each a balloon. Rebecca then showed us the mattresses suitable, different bed frames and the various headboards. Again, a very relaxed environment, no hard sale and a very friendly knowledgeable assistant. We didn’t feel there was any urgency and then we received a lovely cup of coffee whilst we further browsed. One we had chosen the bed, mattress, headboard and pillows we set up a finance agreement. Again, Rebecca was very helpful and explained the process throughout whilst continuing to be very friendly and informative. Excellent service and fantastic products. Your member of staff, Rebecca, is also a credit to your company!
