It was the perfect shop, quick and easy and service was brilliant

I have been waiting to go shopping for a new bed and mattress for quite some time, and the day I went to dreams I had just been disappointed with the choice and price at other bed shops, this was the last stop before I went home. The member of staff Becki who helped me was absolutely fantastic I was very specific with my requirements for my bed frame and within 30 seconds she had shown me the bed I had been imagining all along, not only that but she listened and had a fantastic knowledge of the mattresses. I will definitely recommend dreams to anyone

Becki who dealt with us took time to understand our needs and was knowledgable about what our options would be. She clearly explained what mattresses would best meet our growing children's needs. We only went in to look for beds for our children but ended up getting a new bed for ourselves. Becki was not pushy but friendly & helpful. We are all looking forward to getting our new beds and delighted there is an assembly service too.

The staff are friendly and helped me decide between 2 different mattresses that I just couldn't decide on. I went into the store at around 11 am had a quick chat wondered round but then left as I couldn't decide, I went back around 3 pm and the staff help me make the decision

From the minute we entered the store the assistant was lovely very friendly & helpful she advised us to use the mattress assessor to find out which mattresses were most suited to us, which we did. On completing this she then showed us the mattress's that had been chosen for us & explained the differences in them, she then left us to try them all out & make up our minds as to which we preferred. Once we had chosen our mattress she then asked is we had a waterproof mattress protector as the mattress we had chosen contained memory foam which she then informed us can be damaged by moisture something that we were not aware of & were grateful for this information. She then explained in full all the options available to us for paying for the mattress. We were very happy with our shopping experience which we had been dreading with so many different types of mattresses to choose from but your assistant turned it into a very pleasant experience & we will definitely be returning to your Elgin Store in the future & recommending it to friends & family

Great customer service from Becki, she was very knowledgeable and helped pick out the perfect bed for my daughter. The price of the bed and mattress we bought was very great.
