John, went above and beyond to fill my husband and I’s needs. We weren’t expecting to find what we wanted, until John helped us. We honestly planned to just buy online, but we went in and John really took the time to navigate us and work with our budget. I was blown away by the amazing customer service. I will be sending all our friends and family to Dreams in Elgin!

Brilliant service in the Elgin store. Becki greeted me on arrival and showed me to the Bed that tells you what you need, she then showed me my bed options and helped me select the best for myself. She also offered refreshments while picking a bed frame and completing paperwork. Overall a great experience.

Because both staff were very friendly and knowledgable and were not pushy. This is the second product in the last 2 years I have bought from this store as there service is second to none. Brilliant!
