Very friendly staff (John at Elgin) Really helpful. Ordered a drink in store as currently pregnant. Quick service and even carried my newly purchased bedding out to the car for me. Overall great service

From the moment we entered we were looked after .John was knowledgeable,professional and very helpful but not at all pushy. We were put at ease from the start.John explained everything very thoroughly. We had a good bit of banter and great coffee.An all round great experience. From the minute I entered I was greeted by a lovely lady. As I knew specifically what I wanted she explained about different mattresses and guided me to products which met my requirements.

Face to face ius my preferred method when making an expensive purchase. Rebecca, Elgin branch, was diligent and explained everything clearly. The store was large and ease of movment, brightly lit and inviting.

Beckie assisted me in finding my mattress and she deserves a bottle of champagne. She recommended I be measured on the machine to determine the best mattress type and this was a very informative experince and I found I had been sleeping on a mattress that was far too soft. Beckie showed me the most suitable mattresses in line with my results and I chose a beautiful memory foam one in the sale. Fantastic value for money and excellent comfort. I was talked through mattress care and decided to purchase a mattress cover with included waterproof protector. Finally after trying mattresses with the tempur cloud pillows and not having replaced mine for almost 6 years Beckie talked me through the memory foam technology and I decided to purchase two of these also. I do not generally enjoy shopping but this visit was made quick, easy and dealt with exceptionally efficiently by Becki. I could not be more greatful.
