The friendly and knowledgeable colleague made the experience an enjoyable one. We went to Dreams first but tried 4 local shops in total, we returned to Dreams for the friendly colleague as we were torn between 2 mattresses in 2 different shops.

The staff member was welcoming, cheerful, courteous and understanding. Having visited many stores previously, what I really liked was that we were welcomed but didn’t feel pressured or pestered! It didn’t feel as though we were being persuaded. The experience was very much about getting the right bed for me, as opposed to the best sale!
