I was approached on entering the store and the lady was friendly and helpful even though it was nearing closing time. I was thinking of buying a single divan but ended up buying a child's bed and a new double bed frame to match for myself.

Excellent service, time taken to get right purchase for our daughter. She tried a few mattresses to get right one.

John was extremely helpful and understanding as I came to the store with my four week old baby and my toddler.... We had meny questions which he answered fully and gave great advice. Will definitely come back for my childrens beds

My wife and I were well looked after from the moment we set foot in the door of your store. Friendly staff without being overly pushy and a nice cup of coffee to boot!

We got help by Lisa in Inverness brBach- she was super helpful, friendly, chatty and took time to help us with the special camera thing and recommending mattresses. We also got help from John in the Elgin branch- he was really helpful, funny and knowledgeable. Very satisfied with the help received in both stores.

The computer froze with the transaction process. The sales assistant had to call IT twice & finish the transaction on the adjacent pc. All this was done calmly & efficiently with apologies given.
