Dreams - Elgin

Found exactly what we were looking for. The assistant Becki was great. She was friendly, good knowledge of the product she was selling and very efficient with sake, paperwork and organising delivery. We were offered an insurance which I wouldn't normally take but it seemed great value so took it. Added bonus was 20% discount on sofa bed we were buying.

I am still waiting for the main article. so far perfect.

Was looked after by a very friendly and politie Fiona. Every thing was answered and sorted to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend shopping at dreams Elgin.

The team members at the Elgin store were really interested in my needs and how best they could help me. Various options were given to me and there was no pressure put on me to buy one product or another. Benefits were explained for each option, and I was left to choose for myself.

Louise was very good tk deal with. Her vast knowledge made thi gs easier in making decisions in what to actually choose. Demonstrations on products and why each was different. Knew when to give us time also to make a decision.
