Dreams - Elgin

I had already been looking online and had an idea what I was after. So I drove to the Elgin branch to try out the mattresses and ask questions about ottoman beds. The store assistant (sam) spent a good 35 mins with myself and my wife opening a large amount of ottoman styled beds. He even went on to the computer to track our last purchase several years ago to see what mattress we had bought so we could find the same model of mattress. This helped narrow our choice down to the model that superseded our older mattress. Also a further 20% off sale on the mattress.

The assistant Dawn was very friendly whenever we entered the shop. She explained about testing to see what mattress would suit us best, and was very patient and very helpful throughout our visit.

Staff were more than capable of dealing with our enquiry, we bought two mattresses. Manager (lady with fife accent) was arrogant and bossy, if we had not bought before from the Elgin store the manager from Inverness would have forced us elsewhere. Leave the Elgin staff to get on with the job, all where polite, honest and helpful.

The salesperson, Dawn, was extremely friendly and welcoming and rapidly grasped what our requirements are and quickly assisted us to place our order.

Salesman wasn't too pushy but when needed was very helpful.
