The experience was stress free and we did not feel in any way pressured regarding the purchase or the time spent making our choice. We were served by Becki , who was very patient and helpful, and her product knowledge was impressive.

Had great fun with staff and Louise was great fun and had all the answers to tricky questions.Before entering store I had visited Bensons and could not get out of shop quick enuf .Walked into Dreams and was made very comfortable straight away hence made purchase within 30 min.

very welcoming store manager, complete with a good listening ear, who then showed me the items that I wanted and completed the sale there and then. No hassle delivery date of the 28/02 was unexpected, but explanation by John was forthcoming. Good visit, and a worthwhile employee in all respects.
