Dreams sales staff were very friendly polite and knowledgeable and felt like we got a lot more value for money than other retailers we had tried.

The product purchased was great value, excellent service, great product knowledge expained everything very well. All in all a great customer experience. 😊

Staff were brilliant. Advised were necessary. No hard sales. Offered tea or coffee while we tried out products. Had our new born daughter with us who was needing fed. Staff let my wife go out the back for privacy. Overall very satisfying experience. Will recommend to anyone.

I was served by Becki who was just perfect. She knew all about the products and when I said I was looking for something natural she took me straight to the Flaxby Collection. I tried two, and then some other ordinary mattresses in the store just for comparison. At all times she was friendly and helpful without trying to over-sell to me. I am delighted to be purchasing a Flaxby and even better that I have 30 days to try it out in case I am not happy ! And a super nice thing - once I had purchased it, Becki revealed that she owned one - and her mother-in-law was going to buy one after sleeping on Becki's over Christmas. A pushy salesperson would have told me that to start - that she left it to the end speaks volumes for her integrity. I will definitely be recommending the Elgin store of Dreams to my friends.

I went for a temper mattress and ended up leaving with a bed and a temper mattress, therefore Louise at the Elgin store is very good at selling your product. Lovely girl.

The customer service was excellent, the store manager helped me find the right mattress for my daughter who has a chronic pain condition, he spent time with us trying different ones and giving good advice .

We visited pur store in Elgin. We were extremely happy with the purchase of our new bedroom set. Both Dreams colleagues were thoroughly helpful, friendly and polite. Aswell as good at making a wee cuppa.
