All requirements well dealt with very efficiently

WHEN ARRIVING AT THE SHOP WE WERE APPROACHED BY AN ASSISTANT WHO ASKED US WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR AND WE TOLD HER EXACTLY OUR NEEDS AND WHAT WE WERE NOT INTERESTED IN, SHE ASKED FURTHER QUESTIONS TO GET A BIGGER PICTURE OF WHAT WE WANTED AND THEN EXPLAINED TO US THE VARIOUS OPTIONS, AFTER WHICH WE TRIED SEVERAL BEDS FOR COMFORT AND AGAIN WE WERE GIVEN MORE INFORMATION ON THE QUALITY OF EACH PRODUCT WE TESTED, WE THEN MADE OUR DECISION AND OUR ORDER WAS PROCESSED WITH EASE, WE ARE HIGHLY SATISFIED WITH OUR VISIT TO YOUR SHOP IN ALL ASPECTS .

From the minute I walked in staff was friendly asked if I needed help, didn't feel under any stress from staff, was offered a cup of coffee which was nice and even a top up...even a chocolate biscuit felt very at ease.All 3 members of staff was very helpful.

We liked the product which was on display, but the main source of our satisfaction was the quality of the assistance on offer. Our assistant, Becki, was very helpful and knowledgable. Her sales approach was friendly and informative, but at no time pushy.

Found the experience of purchasing a mattress very easy. We could test out all of the mattresses we wanted which helped. Liked the idea of taking a pillow with you. The assistant was very knowledgeable but not pushy. We got what we wanted at a brilliant price as it was on offer. Have to wait a month for the delivery which is the only negative. Overall very satisfied with service.

Never shopped at Dreams before. Visited Elgin store to look at SK mattress. We were shown various options (using our selected pillows) and the different mattress structures were explained. The possibility of zip linked was discussed (we are both the wrong side of 70 and are not able to turn a SK mattress) and we were also shown other options which would not need to be turned over but just swivelled round. All this was done pleasantly, without any hurry whatsoever by a lady named Louise who when we had cut our choices down to 2 options she offered to leave us for a few minutes to discuss it. Both mattresses were in same price bracket of about £1,000 but we were unsure of which one to pick and these few minutes just allowed us to be sure that the final choice was correct for us both. Having made our choice the manager made us a coffee while Louise did paperwork!! We had also visited an adjacent bed supplier before coming to Dreams and the service was appalling so it was a delight to deal with a company with such excellent staff.

The sales advisor showed me exactly what I was looking for as I had subsequently researched the item I was looking for on the internet. She advised on the size of mattress I would need.

The staff were on the ball. They new about all the equipment & the pricing. Had good deals on. Can't give top marks on the quality until delivers & used. Not looks brilliant 👌😁.
