Dreams - Elgin

The staff in Elgin were lovely, in particular Fiona and John. Fiona was great as she was supportive but didn't give me the hard sell which I hate. There is nothing worse than someone following you round the shop and Fiona did not do this which was most welcomed. Fiona was also great at helping me to decide which type of mattress would be best and in the end I went for a split, one side medium the other soft. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

The team at Elgin are outstanding, the manager has always helped us and not pushing for a sale. He offers the best advice. We always go and see him and offers what we want not what is best for his sales.

The guy who came to talk to us was great. We have an awkward house with awkward stairs and we needed a mattress that comes rolled up. He was great, listened to what we needed, saw there is a significant size difference between my husband and i and just was really helpfull. it made me come away very happy. very good customer service.

I am highly satisfied with my experience shopping in Dreams. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and knew exactly what they were talking about. I didn’t feel pressured into making a purchase but all my requirements were met so left with a lovely new bed. Special thanks to John and Fiona, they’re Brillant at their jobs and I’ll definitely be back if I need anything else. Will be reccomeding to all my family and friends!

Fiona and John who served me in the Elgin branch were extremely helpful and professional. The friendly manner of the store assistant helped emensly she answered all my questions helping me get the right product that catered for my needs! She took the time to explain in detail each differences! nothing was to being of a deal for her a Taylor made package was made for me one I'm over the moon with can't wait to receive my new bed and mattress
